Sallu & Mallika to sizzle together on screen

With Sallu bhai set to kick-start with Season 2 of Dus Ka Dum, celebrities are eagerly awaiting their much-desired chance to grace the show with the hottie himself. Now the latest buzz is that our very own queen of hearts Mallika Sherawat has been adamantly persisting to make an appearance only if she's paid an enormous Rs 50 lakh and what luck! She has got it her way!

CHECK OUT : Sallu's show to remain star studded

It makes even bigger news as the bootylicious babe reportedly had backed out in the previous season of Dus ka Dum, as a result of a bitter cold war between her & the macho hunk Sallu. Apparently Mallika and Salman had issues with each other when touring together for 2006 'Rockstar'. Ever since then, neither of them tried mending fences. But fortune struck when the deadly seductress played the diva bit & cleared the issue. After that, beautiful lass Mallika was even seen attending Sallu's birthday bash in Panvel. All's well that ends well.

The shooting of the show is said to take place on May 24, where she will also be seen promoting her next release, HISSSS, directed by Jennifer Lynch. Get set to survive as hotness erupts with the macho man Salman & glam doll Mallika soon sharing the same frame for 10 Ka Dum!

Bollywood Gossip - Katrina laughs off marriage plans

“I will marry next year,” that’s what the bad boy of Bollywood has been telling eveyone who keep asking him questions about his impending marriage with Katrina Kaif.

“I am so bored with this question which I have been asked so many times,” he says. “Every year I say ‘Next Year’ and this goes on.’”

However this year he sounds serious with his plans. Talking to a leading tabloid Sallu again replied, “I’m settling down in 2009 and would like to become a father immediately. ”

According to sources, Salman has also popped ‘the question’ from several quarters: from the media to guests on his show 10 Ka Dum. Akshay made it a point to ask Sallu when he was planning to marry Kat, when he appeared on Khan’s show with the actress.

But Katrina who has tasted success at the box-office recently is not as ecstatic.

She laughs off any talks of marriage. The actress says, “I think Salman said whatever he wanted to say. Let people make of it whatever they want. I have never commented on the personal side in the media. I don’t wish to start right now.”

German Supermodel Claudia Cielsa Salman Khan's latest muse?

Flynn Remedios – Futuristic Media Network
Well, well, wanna hear what a little birdie told me on V-Day? Apparently our dear Sallu bhai has a new ‘interest’. And the girl in question is none other than German super model Claudia Ciesla.

According to my birdie sources, Salman met the dashing 5.10 feet beauty at J W Marriott recently and even sent a car to pick her up. Now any journalist, budding actor or producer who has ever tried to get an interview or appointment with Sallu bhai knows how difficult it is, but for the sexy Claudia it was just cake walk or should we say ramp walk for Sallu went out of his way to extend the red carpet to the doe-eyed beauty.

So impressed was Sallu that he even promised her a role in one of his forthcoming films. Now, we wonder what Kats has got to say to that.

Salman was unavailable (to lesser mortals like myself) for comment and in spite of several attempts, we were unable to get thru to Sallu bhai.

According to Wikipedia and her own website, Claudia Ciesla (not Claudia Schiffer please) is a German model, actress, and singer of Polish descent. She grew up in the town of Bukow, Poland. Her father is Polish and her mother is German.

Ciesla started modeling at the age of 15 working for shows involved in fashion and dancing. At the age of 17 she moved to Bamberg, Germany and became an Internet glamour model. Her original stage name is "CClaudia", but she also appears frequently under her real name. She then appeared in print in the German Matador magazine.

She was discovered by the former German Chief Editor, Stefan Gessulat, and appeared in the August 2005 Matador issue as Miss Matador. She has done many glamorous bikini and fashion modeling shoots and her photos have been published on many Internet websites.

The Wiki entry also goes to add that the German newspaper Bild arranged an examination of Ciesla by a plastic surgeon and reported that her breasts (38DD) were entirely natural.

Claudia shot for the German-Indian Film "Ki Jana Pardes" in 2008. In Aug/Sept Claudia shot in Kolkatta playing the role of a German journalist for the Film "10:10" together with award winning filmstar Soumitra Chatterjee and sang the title song of this movie.

Claudia and her Business Manager – the affable and very lovable Greg - were in Mumbai last week to dub for her second Hindi movie titled Karma. She also interacted with media persons and posed for photographs, but refused to comment on her meeting with Salman Khan.

She even did a photo session with Bollywood fashion and couture designer Umair Zafar in exclusive bridal designer wear during her visit to Mumbai.

Salman and Asin?

Whilst working on his latest venture 'London Dreams', Salman had insisted on staying at his favourite hotel, despite the rest of the cast being put up somewhere else. But he soon started feeling lonely and immediately packed his bags to join co-stars Asin and Ajay (Devgan).

Director Vipul Shah accommodated his request to move in to the same hotel as his friends but whilst the co-stars are having a ball, the news has sent tongues wagging, especially after increasing buzz about Kat and Salman's alleged break-up.

When prompted, Asin stated that her relationship with Salman is strictly professional.

But fans can't help wondering if Salman has shifted his attentions to the 'Ghajini' Gal.

Salman to give discount in recession

Industry sources say that Salman Khan (controversy’s favourite child) is on paper, the highest paid Bollywood actor.“Salman has reportedly been signed for London Dreams for Rs 30 crores,’’ says our source. We messaged Vipul Shah but he remained unavailable for comment. The source however maintains that Salman may re-negotiate his price; and actually offer the makers a discount because of the global meltdown. The interesting thing in this whole narrative is not what Salman will ultimately charge for London Dreams; but the fact that the actor has allegedly charged Boney Kapoor only Rs seven crores for the film Wanted Dead Or Alive. Our source maintains that, “Salman knew Boney was in a spot and he decided to bail him out; hence he has been so reasonable with his pricing for Boney’s film.”Know-alls also insist that Salman may get a share in the profits made from Wanted...; however that is not priority for the actor, who has done Boney’s film only to help him tide over a financial crunch.Subhash Ghai who worked with Salman in Yuvvraaj says, “I don’t know what Salman is charging other producers. All I can say is that he is a boy with a golden heart. If he finds his producer is in a spot, then he will definitely reduce his fee or even waive it off. But he must be convinced about a situation. This guy thinks with his heart.’’Incidentally it is being said that the A-list actors have started to take cuts in their remuneration. Sanjay Dutt is said to have been paid Rs15 crores upfront for a two-hero project that is nearing completion. “Yet today Sanjay has negotiated a film for Rs 4 crores,” says a trade analyst.Akshay Kumar, who had joked saying “My wife Tina knows that the only thing that turns me on is the smell of money”’ has also apparently offered his friend Ratan Jain a discount in pricing for his film De Dhana Dhan. It is learnt that Akshay was to charge Rs 44 crores originally for the film; but the price he will now take is nowhere close to that amount.Amod Mehra says, “There is a character actor who still refuses to do a film for less than a crore (his market price) and there are a few others too who are adamant about pricing; but most of the sensible guys have understood the crisis situation.”A film corporation that has recently shut its feature film division; and is just completing work on their pending projects is rumoured to have paid Sunny Deol Rs 3.75 crores. And, Arjun Rampal post Rock On has pushed up his price to Rs 2.5 crores.“However most actors have realised that their producers can no longer sell their films for the monies that they did a year ago; and have re-negotiated their contracts,’’ says film-maker Sanjay Gupta. Double digits may now be hard to come by even in a superstar’s pay packet; at least till the market condition improves.

SRK - Salman to clash?

If all goes well, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan will come face to face on July 3. The clash is purely professional, what with their respective films - SRK's DULHA MIL GAYA and Salman's WANTED - hitting the screens on that Friday.DULHA MIL GAYA producer Viveck Vaswani is eyeing 3rd July because "July 4 is Independence Day in America and Shah Rukh enjoys a massive following there. I would like to capitalize on the Independence Day weekend," Viveck tells me. Which means DULHA MIL GAYA will clash with Salman Khan's WANTED. "If Boney Kapoor says he's committed for 3rd July and requests me to shift my film to another week, I will do so. But so far there haven't been any talks," Viveck clarifies. DULHA MIL GAYA is far from complete. Reportedly, SRK's portions remain to be filmed. "The talkie is complete. Just one qawwali remains to be shot, which can be included at the last minute too," Viveck reveals. He also rubbishes rumours that SRK has delayed the film. "Shah Rukh had informed me at the very outset of his busy schedule and the possibility of the film getting delayed. The delay is not because of him, it's because of me. An important schedule went haywire when my father passed away. Later, Shah Rukh suffered an injury on my sets, hence things have been pushed forward." Meanwhile, DULHA MIL GAYA continues to remain in news. The latest is, Anil Ambani's Big Pictures has relinquished the rights of the project. True? "Yes, they have. The withdrawal was due to re-strategizing the company, given the current economic scenario. But I'll offer them the film once it's ready. If they want to pick up the rights then, it's okay. Else, the money invested by Big will be refunded at the time of release," he states.
